Katherine Falcone - President and founder of the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce. President and founder of SOS Group Inc. a Home Accessibility solutions company in Williamstown. Recently, Falcone was honored as one of the 2014 Outstanding Entrepreneurs by South Jersey Biz Magazine, recipient of the 2015 Small Business of the Year award presented by the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and the 2016 Super Women award presented by South Jersey Magazine. She is an advocate for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and a Committee member of the Williamstown Main Street Committee. Falcone organized South Jersey's first annual MDA Walk & Vendor Fair in Williamstown raising money for those afflicted by Muscular Dystrophy. Falcone herself was diagnosed with a Muscular Dystrophy disease, Dermatomyositis and recently was a speaker for Idera Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage bio-pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts researching cancer and rare diseases. She recently was a speaker for the Myositis Association in Reno, Nevada and will be attending the 2018 Myositis conference on the East Coast in 2017. In her spare time, Katherine keeps a close family circle enjoying time with her three children and 3 grandchildren who all reside in Williamstown.

 
Shannon Morgan-Leonen

Shannon Morgan-Leonen is an Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager with Investors Bank, at its Williamstown Branch.

She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and started working for Investors in May 2014. Her main responsibility is new business development while building relationships in the community, in addition to overseeing a staff of employees, managing the branch's daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. She has been recognized at Investors for leading her branch to meet its sales goals in both 2014 and 2015.

Shannon is an avid volunteer: She is Vice President of the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce, Serves on the Arc Gloucester Board, a Member of the Arc of Gloucester County Fundraising Committee, is an Ambassador for the Gloucester County Chamber, a Committee Woman of Pittsgrove Economic Development, a Member of Williamstown Sunrise Rotary, She is a board member of the Pittsgrove Township School District and a member of the Schalick High School PTO.

She previously served as a councilwoman on the Pittsgrove Township Committee, Board Member of the South Jersey Volunteer Center, and Vice President of the Woman's Leadership Group/United Way, where she developed and facilitated a Ready4Work program, which provides mentors for women re-entering the workforce.

She was name 2016 Woman to Watch by SJBiz Magazine, and 2015 "Superwoman" for South Jersey Magazine, She was a recipient of "The Best of the Bank" award from Fulton Bank in 2003, strictly nominated by her team and chosen by the senior management team.

She is a graduate of Cumberland County College with an Associate's Degree and has several Leadership Certifications.

When she is not working, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, watching movies, and cooking. Her passion is gardening, and her favorite hobby is sharing her free time with her family.

Shannon and her husband Steven have three children—Greg, Hunter, and Ava.

 
Barbra Berkowitz

Barbra  Berkowitz is currently employed as the Marketing Director for SOS Group.

Barbra has an extensive background in Marketing and Sales and experience in building a business from the ground up. As the Marketing Director for SOS Group she is currently involved with several organizations such as TREC, an organization devoted to facilitating the exchange of cutting edge information for the Geriatric community and working with ethical dilemmas. She also attends and belongs to the Women's Power Network Group, the Business Minded Women's Group, the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, the Gloucester County Health Network Connections Group, the Camden County Health Network Connections Group, the Burlington County Health Network Connections Group and the New Visions Group.

Barbra also volunteers and recently helped put together the First Muscular Dystrophy event in Southern NJ which raised $20,000. She is also a volunteer for Hearts United against Cancer.

Jennifer Toal is a licensed Real Estate Professional, Realtor, for Century 21 Rauh & Johns where she provides exceptional customer service to her clients. Through her background and experience in real estate sales and marketing, she makes the process of buying and selling homes as effortless as possible. In addition to standard real estate transactions, her past real estate sales include but are not limited to, first time buyers, short sales, and bank-owned properties.

She attended Colorado University where she studied marketing and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is also a life-long resident of Southern New Jersey (Williamstown). In addition to her real estate experience and neighborhood expertise, she has previously worked for a hometown bank for ten years in management and customer service in Williamstown, Sewell, and Franklinville. She and Century 21 Rauh & Johns volunteers her time giving back to the community with organizations such as Mothers Cupboard to help families in need. Wherever Jennifer goes, her passion and commitment follows.

She sits on the Board of Health, participates on the Main Street Committee, and fills the Ambassador position on the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce. In these positions, she works to help bring business to and remain in Williamstown, which in turn reflects by helping to increase the value of homes in town for residence.

Jennifer resides in Williamstown with her husband and their beautiful daughter.

Stephanie Ambroselli is a full time licensed professional Realtor for Keller Williams Realty in Sewell, New Jersey. Stephanie Is a business minded people person who strives to educate people in an ever-changing Real Estate market that we live in. A graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a minor in business. Stephanie took her education further by obtaining her Real estate license after college and learning about all aspects of Real Estate. She has helped many clients with the Short Sale process, and in addition to buying and selling homes, is also prevalent in commercial Real Estate sales, land purchases, Bank Foreclosures, etc. She works in all areas of New Jersey but Gloucester County she calls home.

In her spare time, she volunteers for school related functions, Organizes fundraisers, and supports the community of Williamstown. She grew up in Washington Twp and moved to Williamstown 10 years ago, where she now resides with her husband and 2 children.

 
Anthony Langella

Anthony (Tony) Langella is the owner of Antony & Cleopatra Caterers. During his 45 years in the food industry, Mr. Langella has received many awards including Best Caterer and Best for Weddings in South Jersey. He owns a 40 acre establishment located at 2379 South Black Horse pike (Rt.322) in Williamstown. Mr. Langella is a graduate of Glassboro State University (Rowan University). He has been married to his lovely wife, Sena for 46 years and have two beautiful children, Anthony Jr and Alexis. Mr. Langella has a celebrated six year military career, has served on many committees over the years, including Board Director of the Miss NJ Scholarship Pageant, President of the Cherry Hill Kiwanis Club and Williamstown Sunrise Rotary. He remains very active in the community and is currently, a Board of Director for Williamstown Chamber of Commerce and the Chairperson of Economic Development of Williamstown. Mr. Langella believes in giving 100% to grow the city of Williamstown into a business community.

A business development consultant for over 32 years, Ernie has served an extensive variety of clients.

Throughout this career, his diverse experience interfaced with the Insurance, Financial, Occupational Health Care, and Nutraceutical Industries.

As a member of the Monroe Township Economic Development Commission and Chairman of the Main Street Committee, Ernie's primary responsibility is to focus on the redevelopment of Downtown Main Street in Williamstown. Additionally, working in alignment with the Community Development Director, marketing directly to developers and businesses to expand the commercial base of the Township, is his overall objective.

He holds an Associate's Degree from Philadelphia University, (formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science).

Ernie and wife Patricia are living in Williamstown for 29 years.

 
Cody Miller

Cody Miller currently serves on Council in Monroe Township and was elected as the youngest councilman in the town's history at the age of 23. He currently serves as the President of the Volunteer Center of South Jersey and works as a political and non-profit consultant. He previously served as the youngest community college trustee in the state of New Jersey at Rowan College at Gloucester County and is a proud graduate of Rutgers University with a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Cody has dedicated his life to serving and improving his community.

Scott Sileo is the owner of The Sileo Agency LLC, in Williamstown, an Exclusive Agent of Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company.
He has spent 24 years in the Insurance and Financial Services industry, starting his career in 1992 with Metropolitan Life, and continuing on to spend 10 years as a an Agent, Sales Manager, and Financial Planner with Prudential Insurance Company of America. Scott has been recognized by both industry associations and his companies for achievements in sales, customer satisfaction, and management benchmarks. He holds his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), and LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council, Fellow) designations from The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. Scott has presented to industry peers and consumers in classroom and seminar settings on topics ranging from insurance, retirement, entrepreneurship, and sales/customer service techniques.
Scott is a Certified Black Belt Instructor, having been involved in martial arts since the age of 17, and is currently a candidate for "Nidan" (Second Degree Black Belt) in Okinawan Goju Ryu. He serves on the Steering Committee of Williamstown High School Business Academy, the Marketing and Management Committee for the Business School of Rowan College at Gloucester County, and the Allstate New Jersey Business Advisory Board.
He resides in Williamstown with his wife Stacy, daughters Alyssa and Angela, and his Pit Mix, Jamie.

Manuel (Manny) A. Paredes

Raised in Brooklyn New York, Manny began did his undergraduate work in NYU and Temple University, received his Masters degree from Drexel University and post graduate work from Nova South Eastern University. Manny retired as Director from the Free Public Library of Monroe Township after serving as a Naval Defense Systems Analyst, Business Administrator for Public Service Electric and Gas - Nuclear, Director of Law Libraries for Wolf Block, Schorr LLP and Blank Rome LLP, and Library Director at the Cherry Hill Public Library. Manny also owned his own business as an interior space planner for Yellow Brook Farms executive offices, with other design work for the Chrysler Building-NY, 430 Park Ave - NY, Watergate - WDC and various libraries.
